AMD has decided to raise prices for its Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards by 10%, according to Video cards. According to the report, GPUs based on the RDNA 2 architecture will now cost $ 20-40 more. The new prices will come into effect with the next batch of devices.

The corresponding decision is explained by the workload of production lines and the increase in tariffs of the supplier TSMC. However, the editors of the publication note that, for example, the cost of devices of the 5000th series has not changed.

AMD’s Radeon RX 6000 series has already gained 9% in November compared to October. And since the demand for cards only increases as we approach the New Year holidays, such an increase in cost is quite obvious.

It is not yet known how this will affect the supply and change in the cost of devices in Russia.
