The very first Fallout opus was released in October 1997. As a result, the license celebrates its 25th anniversary this month. For the occasion, Bethesda has planned to celebrate this with many festivities (promotions, gifts, etc.). With this in mind, the development studio in charge of the franchise recently announced that Fallout 76 is playable for free, for a fixed period.

Indeed, from this Tuesday , October 4 and until October 11, players can download and play Fallout 76 for free, on all gaming platforms. This is the opportunity to discover the software, to explore Appalachia or browse the contents of the Expeditions The Pitt update, alone or with friends. But that’s not all: those with an active subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can also take advantage of a free month of Fallout 1st (benefit limited to one use per account).

In addition, remember that the PC version of Fallout 76 (base game) can be recovered via the Prime Gaming rewards for this month of October 2022.
