The Football World Cup has been launched for a few days, in Qatar and several games have taken advantage of this event to offer things, including FIFA 23, which is completely understandable. However, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 also want to highlight one of the greatest sports competitions, with the introduction of Neymar, Pogba and Messi. But Activision should go further.

CoDBall, le Rocket League de Call of Duty

Indeed, according to the latest rumors, Activision and Infinity Ward have worked, for Modern Warfare 2, on a rather special game mode, very largely inspired by Rocket League. According to known information, which is not official, the players would find themselves in an arena, on a vehicle, with the objective of simply scoring goals.

No other information has leaked, but a little gameplay footage has been shared on Twitter showing what we can expect. We don’t know, for example, the size of the teams (2v2? 3v3?).

Regarding the arrival of this mode, which would be called CoDBall, nothing has been announced, but we should soon see it being introduced on Modern Warfare 2, if the rumor is confirmed. Knowing that the skins of Neymar, Messi and Pogba will be available gradually until November 29, and that these three players are supposed to be part of this mode, it is not impossible that it will come out when the three Operators are available in the shop.
